Use:
1. The modulus amplification factor of ANJF-400D heating and insulation riser sleeve can reach 1.55-1.45(black metal castings) and 1.40-1.25 (non-ferrous alloy castings). Heat insulation covering agent ANJF-909(black metal castings) or ANJF-808(non-ferrous alloy castings) should be used at the top of the riser to minimize the heat exchange at the top of the riser to ensure the feeding effect.
2. The modulus, the amount of feeding liquid required and the feeding distance are calculated according to the specific casting.
3. Calculate the required riser modulus, liquid volume and quantity.
4. Select the appropriate riser type from the attached table. The effective modulus is what the riser sleeve can achieve under normal conditions. Large modulus, the geometric modulus is the modulus of the same size sand riser.
