Use:
1. Calculate the casting modulus, the amount of feeding liquid required and the feeding distance.
2. Calculate the required riser modulus, liquid volume and quantity.
3. Select the appropriate riser type from the attached table. The effective modulus is what the riser sleeve can achieve under normal conditions. Large modulus, the geometric modulus is the modulus of the same size sand riser.
4. According to the different casting process, choose ramming method, embedding method, floating riser seat and other use methods.
